Adam John Schoenbeck

Adam John Schoenbeck was born to Warren & Bonnie (Vacek) Schoenbeck on April 3 ^rd 1979 in Lincoln, Ne. He went to be with the Lord on January 6 ^th 2023 at the age of 43 after a 4 year battle with cancer.

Adam attended kindergarten at Western Public Schools. He then went to Zion Lutheran School Tobias, NE for 1 ^st – 8 ^th grade. He then attended Meridian Public School where he graduated with the class of 1997. He attended SCC in Milford where he graduated with a degree in Auto Body Repair.

In 1999 he began working at Exmark Mfg. in Beatrice, NE where he was an Advanced Welder and remained employed for over 23 years. After working his “real job” every day Adam was a farmer. He grew up on the family farm west of Western, NE where he developed a love for livestock and farming. He continued to farm with his dad and brother throughout his life. He enjoyed spending time on the farm with his daughter and 4 nieces and loved watching them develop a love for cows and show bucket calves at the County Fair.

He was united in marriage to the “CATCH” of his life, Lacey Searing, on October 4 ^th , 2014. To this union they were blessed with one daughter, Charley Jo Marie Schoenbeck. Charley was Adam’s pride and joy.

Adam was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt & fish. In his younger years he was a demo car driver. Adam was known for his many collections including his series of antique John Deere tractors. Adam was also a member of the Western Volunteer Fire Department for 14 years where he served as secretary for many years in a row.

Adam is survived by his wife Lacey and daughter Charley; parents, Warren & Bonnie Schoenbeck; Brother Andy (Kelli) Schoenbeck; Sister Amber (Ty) Regnier; Sisters In-Law, Virginia (Tim) Maschman & Kathy Searing. Nieces, Grace, Addi, Alexus, Kinsey, Whitley, Peyton, Cora & Lillian; Nephews, Noah, Jerry & Miles. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & Friends.

He is preceded in death by, Grandparents, Arthur & Lois Schoenbeck & Adolph & Albina Vacek; Aunt, Beverly Vacek; Niece, Tucker Regnier.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the Saline Center, 1102 County Road M, (Highway 15 & Road M), Western, NE. In Lieu of flowers, Memorials will go to the Family’s Choice. Casual attire is requested and in true Adam fashion have your pants tucked into your boots!
