Allen Dale Krueger

Allen Dale Krueger, 63, passed away unexpectedly at his home on the farm outside Odell, Nebraska, on Jan 8, 2023. He was born on Jan. 31, 1959 in Beatrice, Nebraska to Gerald and Dolores (Nordmeyer) Krueger.

Allen united in marriage to Ellen (Pierce) on June 27, 1981 in Fairbury, Nebraska. Allen and Ellen have two daughters, Nina (Garrett) Tharp of Modesto, California and Heidi (Kyle Leners) McClintock of Odell and his pride and joy grandson, Beau McClintock of Odell.

Allen is survived by his wife Ellen, daughters, Nina (Garrett) and Heidi (Kyle), grandson, Beau, sister Kathy (Jim) Pearson, brother Garry Krueger, sister in law and brother in law, Robert and Theresa Fejes and numerous nephews and nieces.

Allen loved his farm and cattle. Allen also enjoyed fixing up his 1972 gran torino sport and loved his time with his grandson, Beau; watching him at all his school and sporting events and teaching him about the farm.

Services will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Methodist Church in Odell. The Family will greet friends on Friday evening from 5:30 -7:30 p.m. at the Vance-Gerdes Funeral Home in Odell. Memorials will go to the Rice Lodge in Odell.  Vance-Gerdes Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
