Alvera Colgrove

Alvera Rosalie Marie Colgrove, age 78 of Washington, Kansas, died on September 5, 2007 in Washington, Kansas. She was born on May 14, 1929 at Hollenberg, Kansas the daughter of Edward and Clara Roseman Saathoff.

Survivors include her children Gloria Bruna and husband Dale, Gale Wollenberg and wife Betty, step-son Dwight Colgrove and wife Peggy, step-daughters Anita Bott and husband Raymond, Dorothy Brandt, Twila Brandt and husband Eldon, 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, sister Beulah Mae Riekenberg and husband Lawrence.

Services will be on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran State Line Church of rural Hollenberg, Kansas. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the Vance-Gerdes Chapel in Odell, Nebraska.
