Bertha L. Schierkolk, age 91 of Beatrice, Nebraska passed away on April 10, 2010 in Beatrice. She was born December 25, 1918 at Diller, Nebraska the daughter of William and Esther Goeke Behrends.
Survivors include her daughters Ardith Hackbarth and husband Alan, Phyllis Schierkolk, 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, brother John Behrends, sister Evelyn Shever.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Diller, Nebraska with Pastor Mark Liscom officiating. Burial will be at the Prairie Home Cemetery of rural Diller.
