Carl Vorderstrasse

Carl H. Vorderstrasse, age 85 of Fairbury, died on July 1, 2007 at the Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. He was born on August 2, 1921 at Plymouth, Nebraska the son of Casper and Louise Pittnauer Vorderstrasse.

Survivors include son Dennis Vorderstrasse and wife Nancy, daughters Diane Waldmeier and husband Randy, Sharon Sellenrick and husband Doug, 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brothers Freddie Vorderstrasse and wife JoAn, Ervin Vorderstrasse, Elmer Vorderstrasse and wife Doris, sisters Alvina Holz and husband Bill, Hulda Schieding and husband Harvey, Leoda Yost and husband Delbert.

Services will be on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church of Plymouth, Nebraska with Maynard Kellerman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
