Charles "Buzz" Compton

Charles Dean "Buzz" Compton, age 79 of Endicott, passed away on April 30, 2009 at his home. He was born June 3, 1929 at Endicott the son of Charles and Anna Malady Compton.

Survivors include his wife Jean Compton, daughters Charlene Spilker and husband Curtis, Charlotte Jurgena and husband Kelly, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home with Lana Likens officiating. Burial of cremains will be in the Fairbury Cemetery with military rites.
