Constance Catherall

Constance J. Catherall, age 66 of Lincoln, formerly of Fairbury, passed away on November 24, 2008. She was born September 24, 1942 the daughter of John and Eileen Messenger Roode.

Preceded in death by parents, John T. Roode and Eileen Messenger Roode. Survived by husband of 42 years, Robert G. Catherall. Daughter Cristine Criner, her husband Scott and grandaughters, Carlee and Chelsee (Fairbury). Son Robert M. Catherall, his wife Deborah, and two grandsons Carson and Kyle (Lincoln). Daughter Karen Hodges, her husband Ron, and grandsons and grandaughter, Cody, Annee, and Lucas (Lincoln). Daughter Kristin Vaage, her significant other Russell Fuhrler, grandson and grandaughter Josh and Leslie. Sister, Dennise Dixon and husband Duane of Falls City, Nebraska. Brother John C. Roode and wife Kimberly of Omaha. Brother Jim Roode and wife Sharon. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, clients, and friends.

Vigil will be held on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury. Mass will be on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Fairbury. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery.
