Dean Fredrick Kleeman

Dean F. Kleeman, 69, of Diller, NE passed away December 2, 2021, at his home. He was born October 22, 1952, to Otto & Esther (Bartels) Kleeman in Pawnee City, NE.

Dean was baptized at Axtell, KS and confirmed at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Wymore. He graduated from Wymore High School.

After his father died, he worked at Store Craft for a couple of years. He joined the Army Reserves in 1975 and was stationed in Germany. He was in the Army until 1992.

Dean started driving a semi for Crete Carrier.  He was honored with a certificate for safe driving on million miles. He bought a farm South of Diller and raised cattle. On May 16, 2010, he joined the Zion State Line Lutheran Church.

Christmas was his favorite holiday and the kids Christmas program at the Christmas Eve service was important to him. He would be the 1 ^st one there. Dean knew no strangers and would talk to anybody.

Dean is survived by 1 niece & numerous cousins.

Services will be Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Gerdes-Meyer Chapel. Memorials will go to the Zion State Line Church. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery, Plymouth with Military Rites at the cemetery.
