Edwin Meyer

Edwin August Meyer, age 80 of Hanover, Kansas passed away on April 11, 2009 in Fairbury. He was born June 1, 1928 at Odell, Nebraska the son of Fred and Ella Grefe Meyer.

Survivors include his wife Paula Meyer, sons Howard Meyer, Mark Meyer and wife Angie, daughters Cynthia Stohs and husband Dallas, Phyllis Leseberg and husband Daniel, Christine Geistfeld and husband Bruce, 12 grandchildren, 1 step grandson, 2 great-grandchildren, sister Marcella Duis and husband Vernon, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Bremen, Kansas with Pastor Rodney Fritz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Family will greet friends on Tuesday at the funeral home in Odell from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
