Estella C. Peck

Estella C Peck was born April 30th 1923 to Raymond G and Elizabeth F Hubbard at Beatrice ,Nebraska. She passed away June 6th 2020. She was confirmed April 10th 1938 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Beatrice ,Nebraska.She graduated from Beatrice High School in 1941.

On July 4th 1942 she married Edward A Peck Sr. To this Union two children were born. They celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on July 4th 2008.

Estella served on Church boards in Beatrice, David City, Marysville, Kansas and Fairbury. She taught Bible School in Fairbury, helped with M. Y. F. and Girls and Boys Scouts. For five years she and Ed took care of the plant Barrels in front of the Methodist Church and kept them planted year-round. She also picked up the litter in the church yard every morning as they walked. She was also chairman of the remodeling of the church office and parlor.

Her hobbies were walking, baking, bike riding, reading and gardening.

Proceeding her in death, husband Edward Sr, parents, Raymond and Elizabeth Hubbard, mother and father-in-law, Homer and Jesse Peck. Brothers, Ted, John, and Weldon Hubbard. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra and husband Lyman Anderson of Johnson Lake ,Nebraska son, Edward A Peck Jr. and wife Carol of Lincoln, Nebraska. Grandchildren, Heather and husband Eric Eberhardt of Mill Valley California, Mandy Tepoel of Jupiter, Florida. Great-grandchildren, Peyton, Dane, and Avery Eberhardt, Joey, Ainsley,  and Skylar Wildasin.Sister, Dot Cornelius of Lincoln.

Graveside Services will be Friday, June 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Beatrice, Nebraska.
