Fern D. Hinz, 88 of Fairbury, NE passed away August 25, 2015 at Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. She was born March 31, 1927 to Henry F. and Florence E. (Schmidt) Hinz at Jansen, NE.

She is the aunt of Glenda (Bill) Jardine and Leroy Bast.

Services are at 11:00 am Friday August 28, 2015 at the Presbyterian Church in Fairbury with Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury in charge of arrangements.
