Frank W. Phelps 97 of Fairbury, NE., passed away November 7, 2013 at Gardenside Long Term Care in Fairbury. He was born June 16, 1916 at Blanca, CO. to David & Almira (Skinkle) Phelps. He was a W W II Army Veteran.
Survivors are Son & Daughter-in-law: Jim & Lori Phelps of Fairbury, Sister: Louise Howard of Salem, OR., Nephews & Wives: Frank & Alice Howard of Salem, OR., Dave & Sharon Howard of Nashville, TN., Great Nieces & Nephews.Preceded by Parents, Wife Heral.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday November 15, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury, with Pastor Karl Lent officiating. The family will greet friends at the Funeral Home on Thur. Nov. 14th from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial at the Nora Cemetery – Nora, NE. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Fairbury United Methodist Church & Gardenside Long Term Care. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury are in charge of arrangements.
