George Leland Johnson, age 83 of Fairbury passed away on January 10, 2010 in Fairbury. He was born March 18, 1926 at Fairbury the son of George H. and Francis White Johnson.
Survivors include his daughter Kathy Peters and husband Gary, grandsons Sean Peters and wife Melissa, Derick Peters and wife Kimberly, great grandsons Braxton, Carson and Tyson Peters, sister Mary Kahle and brother Richard Johnson and wife Betty.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery.
