Harold "Hap" Achtemeier

Harold "Hap" Achtemeier of Fairbury, was born on May 17, 1916 at Jansen, Nebraska the son of Albert and Mary Wegle Achtemeier. He died on January 14, 2007 in Fairbury at the age of 90 years. Survivors include his wife Letha of Fairbury, son Jerry and wife Shirley Achtemeier of Fairbury, son Gary and wife Linda Achtemeier of Fairbury, daughter Cheryl and husband Dean Zweifel of Fairbury, sister Esther Arnold of Arlington, Texas, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren. Services will be on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery.
