Hilda M. Beckmann, age 97 of Washington, Kansas, formerly of Harbine and Fairbury, died on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born on March 13, 1910 at Hardy, Nebraska the daughter of Frederick and Anna Dittmer Eitzmann.
Survivors include her son Jerry Beckmann and wife Virginia of Lincoln, daughter Jeanette Stewart of Washington, KS., brother Ernest Eitzmann and wife Florence of Scottsbluff, NE., 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Services will be on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in Fairbury with Pastor Charles Schmidt officiating. Burial will be at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery of rural Harbine at 1:00 p.m. Family will greet friends on Sunday, June 17 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
