Julian G. Gallegos, Sr.

Julian G. Gallegos, Sr. 72 of Fairbury, passed away May 16, 2015 at Heritage Care Center. He was born April 12, 1943 to Marshall and Felicitas (Garcia) Gallegos in Midlothian, Texas.

Survivors are wife Jackie Gallegos of Fairbury, son Julian (Laura) Gallegos, Jr of Fort Worth, TX, daughters Elizabeth Smith of Kaufman, TX, Cindy (Darrell) Lambert of Rice TX, Stacy (Michael) McRamy of Lake Whitney, TX, and Lisa Willingham of Fairbury, NE, 15 Grandkids and 15 Great-Grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Augustina Espinosa, and Virginia Rivas, and brother Rudy Gallegos.

Services will be Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury with Pastor Kerry Moody officiating. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Texas at a later date. Memorials will go to the Family’s Choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
