Kenneth F. Burkhart age 85 of Daykin, Nebraska passed away on March 8, 2013. He was born April 28, 1927 at Daykin the son of Frank and Rose Heidemann Burkhart.
Survivors include his wife Freda, children Ritchie Burkhart and wife Rhonda, Craig Burkhart and wife Shannon, Connie Meier and husband Rod, Ronda Wiebe and husband Gray, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Dorothy Schamp, Evelyn Carver, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of rural Daykin with Pastor Paul Beyer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends on Monday from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
