Survivors are Father: Daniel Medina of Fairbury, Mother: Courtney Nicholson of Fairbury, Brother: Hayden Medina, ½ Brothers: Adrian Nicholson, Shawn Enhaus, ½ Sister: Natalie Medina, Grandparents: Mike & Joyce Medina of Fairbury, Mark & Diana Busing of Fairbury, Aunt: Bobbi Troutner & Husband Dallas of Fairbury.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday March 21, 2014 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Fairbury, with Father John Birkel officiating. Memorials to the Family’s Choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
