Lee Shirey

Lee Shirey, age 71 of Diller, Nebraska passed away on July 17, 2009 in Fairbury. He was born July 14, 1938 at Fairbury the son of Harold and Narvine Blanchard Shirey.

Survivors include his daughter Angie Tyser and husband Sheldon, son Scott Shirey, grandchildren Ryan Tolbert and Laticia Tolbert, great-grandson Issac Tolbert, step grandchildren Kodee Tyser and Taylor Tyser, sisters Donna Shirey and Bobbi Shirey, brother Harold Shirey.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury with Pastor Jim Cutts officiating. Casual attire is suggested. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
