Leo L. Jordening 81 of Fairbury, NE. passed away May 30, 2016 at the Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. He was born February 10, 1935 in Daykin, NE. to Conrad & Alvina (Drees) Jordening. He was a Korean Army Veteran. Survivors are Step Children: Judy & Paul Butler of Omaha, Jackie & Mike Heald of Broken Arrow, OK., James & Sandy Bulin of Fairbury, 6 Step Grandchildren, 5 Step Great Grandchildren, Sisters-in-law Mildreth Jordening of Blue Hill, NE, Evelyn Jordening of Lincoln, NE., Nieces & Nephews. Services will be at 2:30 pm Friday June 3, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church-Daykin, NE., with Pastor Paul Beyer officiating. The family will greet friends from 7 to 8:30 pm on Thursday June 2nd at the Funeral Home in Fairbury. Burial at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery-Daykin, NE. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
