Leonard E. Warren age 93 of Omaha, NE. formerly Daykin, NE., passed away July 15, 2013 at the Parsons House in Omaha. He was born January 13, 1920 at Attica, KS. to Clarence & Ruby (Johnston) Warren. He was a W W II Navy Veteran.

Survivors are daughters: Heidi Scheer & husband Richard of Gretna, NE., Lorilea Mohr & husband Dave of Crete, NE., Grandchildren: Christine Girdner & husband Travis, Richard Scheer, Jason Scheer. Preceded by parents, wife Mary Alice, 6 brothers & 2 sisters.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday July 19, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Daykin, with Pastor Karl Lent officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday, July 18th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury. Memorials to The Church. Burial at the Eureka Cemetery - Daykin, NE.
