Lowell Smith

Lowell Smith age 57 of Fairbury passed away on February 7, 2011. He was born March 1, 1953 at Fairbury the son of Clarence and Darlene Hamm Smith.

Survivors include his wife Chris Smith, daughters Casey Smith, Nicki Blobaum and husband Mark, son Kody Smith, grandsons Carter and Zak, father Clarence Smith, brothers Larry Smith and wife Sandy, Richard Smith and wife Sue, Ron Smith and wife Deb, mother-in-law Betty Hoffman, sisters-in-law Becky Dorn and husband Russ, Tracy Ideus and husband Glenn, brother-in-law Chuck Hoffman and wife Sandi, nine nephews, four nieces, many uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of many friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
