Marvin C. Traeger

Marvin C. Traeger, age 90, of Fairbury, NE passed away on January 13, 2010 at Heritage Care Center in Fairbury, NE. He was born on February 26, 1919 on a farm near Fairbury, NE the son of Otto and Mary Schmidt Traeger.

Survivors include his caretaker, Darlene Novotny and her husband Frank of Jansen, sister-in-law Doris Achtemeier, numerous cousins and a host of friends.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury, NE with Rev. Warren Schoming and Pastor Darlene Novotny officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairbury Cemetery. Memorials to the family's choice.
