Mary J. Hess 54 of Fairbury, NE., passed away March 21, 2014 at the Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. She was born October 30, 1959 in Washington, KS. to Roy & Jane (McDonald) Hess.
Survivors are Sisters: Jodi Hotchkiss & Husband Terry of Fairbury, Naomi Fields & Husband Harry of Bay City, TX., Brother: Larry McDonald of Fairbury, Daughter: Samantha Marko & Husband Jon of Castle Rock, CO., Granddaughter: Shelby Marko, Nieces: Trinity Hotchkiss, Jennifer Slate, Kristal Fields, Nephew: Tristen Hotchkiss, Special Friends: Valdavia Dodge, Diane Theye, Mary Maginnis.
Preceded by Parents, Husband Bernie Kathe.
Graveside services wil be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 12, 2014 at Joy Creek Cemetery –Hollenberg, KS., with Darlene Novotny officiating. Following there will be a lunch at the VFW in Fairbury from 12 to 3. Memorials to the Family’s Choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
