Mary Elizabeth Naiman

Mary Elizabeth Connell Naiman, age 99, of Gilead, Nebraska passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. She was born February 8, 1914 at Gladstone NE to John and Elizabeth Connell.

She was preceded in death by husband, Leslie A. Naiman Sr.
She is survived by her son Leslie B. Naiman Jr., and wife Carol of Donna, TX.; Daughter, Angeline K. Naiman of Holdrege, NE.; Daughter Eva M. Naiman of Gilead, NE; Daughter Marilyn R Hill of Omaha NE; Son John J. Naiman of Gilead, NE. Sister-in-laws; Willie Connell of Bellevue, WA, and Ruth KcKinstry of Lincoln, NE.
She is also survived by grandchildren; Aaron and Charlise Hill of Omaha, NE. Six great grandchildren; Avery, Nathan, Xander, Jordyn, Raiden and Tianna.

There will be a family visitation from 5:00—7:00 Wednesday evening at Gerdes Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury. Mass will be held Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with a Rosary at 9:00 a.m. all at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Fairbury with Father Rudy Oborny officiating. Burial will be in Alexandria Catholic Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Memorials to St Michael’s Altar Society.
