Mary Alice Warren

Mary Alice Warren 82, formerly of Daykin passed away, June 20, 2012 at the Parsons House in Omaha, NE. She was born July 27, 1929 at Blue Rapids, Kansas to Richard & Alice Danheim Nelson.

She is survived by daughters Heidi Scheer and husband Richard of Gretna, NE, Lorilea Mohr and husband Dave of Crete, NE. 3 grandchildren. A sister Nadine Kesting and husband Jerry of Boundarant, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Paul.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 25, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the United Methodist Church in Daykin, with Pastor Karl Lent officiating. Burial will be in the Eureka Cemetery at Daykin, NE. Memorials are to the church. The family will greet friends from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. on Sunday at Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury. Public viewing will start at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
