Maxine Marie Mannschreck

Maxine M. Mannschreck 93 of Fairbury, NE., passed away November 11, 2013 at the P.E.O. Home in Beatrice. She was born June 25, 1920 at Cook, NE to August and Mary Seeba Weber. She owned and operated the John Deere Implement Dealer in Fairbury with her husband Robert. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert and a sister Lucille. She is survived by sons Howard Mannschreck and wife Alverna of Chesterfield, MO, Doyle Mannschreck and wife Brenda of Fairbury, a daughter Cheryl Matthies of Kansas City, MO. 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury, with Father Edwin Stander officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. Memorials are to the American Heart Association. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
