Maxine Rose

Maxine Rose, age 91 of Fairbury formerly of Mahaska, Kansas passed away on July 20, 2009 in Fairbury. She was born March 29, 1918 at Mahaska the daughter of Allen and Laura Cossaart Livingston.
Survivors include her children Dewayne Rose and wife JoAnn, Marilyn Kolman and husband Leslie, Linda Hammer and husband John, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury with Pastor Charles Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the Mahaska Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
