Noreen V. Willcoxen, age 86 of Powell, Nebraska died on February 22, 2007 at Hebron, Nebraska. She was born on September 30, 1920 at Powell, Nebraska the daughter of Lee and Florence Lee Brown.
Survivors include her brother Glenn Brown, niece, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Harley Brown.
Services will be on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be at the Powell Cemetery.
