Opal Louise Niederklein, age 87 of Seward, passed away on May 22, 2009 in Seward. She was born May 1, 1922 at Tobias, Nebraska the daughter of Henry and Louise Reetz Nolte.
Survivors include her daughters Janice Marschman and husband Gary, Jane Wilkinson and husband Duane Jr., Lori Clausen and husband David, son Alan Niederklein and wife Susan, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, sister Lorraine Roebke.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church of rural Tobias with Pastor Ryan Meyer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
