Paul Goebel, Sr.

Paul William Goebel, Sr., age 98 of Fairbury died on March 25, 2008 in Fairbury. He was born October 5, 1909 at Mahaska, Kansas the son of Adolph and Minnie Roehs Goebel.

Survivors include his wife Alice Goebel, daughter Clarice Siemsen and husband Eugene, sons Donald Goebel, Paul Goebel, Jr. and wife Candice, 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, brothers Luther Goebel and wife Bernice, Ernest Goebel and wife Lillie.

Services will be on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Jardine officiating. Burial will be at the Mahaska, Kansas Cemetery.
