Richard Duering

Richard Duering 63, of Fairbury passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Heritage Care Center in Fairbury. He was born December 27, 1949 at Kearney, NE. to Earl and Melva Lippstreu Duering.

He was a retired mail carrier. He was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law Clark and Turena Smith-Gradwohl. He is survived by his wife Marcia of Fairbury and a son Brian Duering of Omaha, NE, a sister Kris Minnick and husband Randy of Grand Island, NE, a brother Scott Duering and wife Jan of David City, NE, sister-in-law Marlyce Bruning and husband Jerry of Coleridge, NE and father-in-law Rev. John Gradwohl of Blue Springs, MO.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., at Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury with Brooks Bryan officiating. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice. Cremation has taken place, there is a book available to sign at the funeral home
