Robert "Bob" Jackson, age 85 of Fairbury, NE. passed away July 14, 2008 in Fairbury. He was born January 1, 1923 at Fairbury, NE., the son of Paul and Lydia Shinn Jackson. He was a W W II Army Veteran.

Survivors are wife of 65 years: Evelyn Jackson of Fairbury, Daughter & Husband: Patricia & Alan Riggins of Fairbury, 2 Grandsons: Samuel Riggins & Wife Michelle of Lincoln, NE., Jacob Riggins of Lincoln, 2 Great Grandsons: Peyton Stefkovitch of Lincoln, Calvin Riggins of Lincoln, Brother: Harley Jackson of Beatrice, NE., Brother-in-law: Russell Miller of Sioux City formerly Fairbury, Nieces, Cousins, & Friends. Preceded by Daughter Pamela Jackson, Parents Paul & Lydia (Shinn) Jackson, Mother & Father-in-law Orion & Sylvia Miller.

Memorial Services will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday July 17, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Fairbury, with Pastor Jim Cutts officiating. Cremation has taken place. Memorials to the First Baptist Church or Horisun Hospice.
