Rose Vitosh

Rose Vitosh, age 100, of Odell, NE passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Beatrice Manor in Beatrice, NE. She was born March 24, 1909 the daughter of Joseph and Mary Cacek Bures in rural Odell, NE.

Survivors include sons and wives Walter and Beverly Vitosh of Beatrice, NE; Melvin and Lila Vitosh of Odell, NE; Arnold and Judith Vitosh of Odell, NE; Larry and Bernice Vitosh of Odell, NE and Gary Vitosh of Odell, NE, daughters and husband Lorraine Bates of Beatrice, NE and Maxine and John Marshall of Castle Rock, CO; daughter-in-law Carolyn Vitosh of Odell, NE; 21 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Centenary United Methodist Church in Beatrice, NE with Pastor Fay Hubbard officiating. Burial will be in the Odell Czech Cemetery. Viewing will begin Monday, January 18, 2010 at the Vance-Gerdes Funeral Home in Odell, NE. The family will greet friends on Tuesday evening, January 19, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00.
