Rozella Ann Beu

Rozella Ann Beu, 83, of Adams, NE, died Monday January 7, 2025, at Goldcrest Retirement Center.  She was born on January 12, 1941, in Beatrice to Ralph Weiner & Elsie Weyer. She grew up in Fairbury and married her husband Leonard Beu in 1960 at the Lutheran Church in Gilead, NE.

In the middle of her life, she found the Assembly of God Church in Fairbury, NE. she enjoyed cooking and baking and spending time with her grandchildren and had an in-home daycare for many years. Rosie loved her family unconditionally and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her son Lenny Beu of Adams, fiancée Angie Sedlacek of Adams, sister Donna Staggs, five grandchildren, Erin, Amanda, Katlyn, Korey, Kaylie Beu, 3 great-grandchildren Ellie, Elizabeth and Edward Anderson, four grandchildren of the heart, Brandon & Courtney Sedlacek, Calan Sedlacek and fiancée Selina Rodriguez, great-grandchildren of the heart Creighton & Spencer Sedlacek, Tinley & Tatum Anderson and cousins.

She was preceded in death by parents Ralph & Elsie Weiner, husband Leonard, daughter Brenda Roesler, brother Larry Weiner & sister-in-law Beth Weiner.

Services will be Monday January 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Assembly of God Church in Jansen, NE. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. The funeral home will be open from 1 - 4 p.m. on Sunday to come and view and sign the book. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
