Ruby E. Adkins

Ruby E. Adkins, age 97 of Fairbury passed away on August 29, 2009 at Fairbury. She was born May 24, 1912 at Thompson, Nebraska the daughter of Almond and Kittie Harroun Adkins.

Survivors include her sister-in-law Elda Adkins, cousin Maureen Gobel, numerous cousins, good friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury. Burial will be at the Fairbury Cemetery.
