Shirley A. Hasbrouck

Shirley A. (Graham) Hasbrouck was born on October 17, 1945 in Clay Center, KS to John and Ilse Graham.
She departed this world on March 6, 2020.Shirley moved to Fairbury, NE with her family where she graduated from Fairbury High School in 1964.
After graduation she attended Brown Mackie School of Business, and later attended Southeast Community College, receiving an Associate’s degree in Business.On January 10, 1971, she married Carl Hasbrouck in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and to this union a daughter, Kimberly Ane was born. Shirley loved her family and put their care and safety before her own. After the tragic death of her sister, she helped raise her nephew, Rick, when he was just a young teen and continued to care for him up until her death. In 1978, Shirley adopted her niece, Connie. Shirley tended
to the care of her mother until her death in 2013. Shirley also took care of her daughter on a daily basis until her death in 2016. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing and watching Nebraska Cornhusker Football.

Shirley is survived by daughter, Connie (Frank) Durst, Morrowville, KS; Grandchildren, Nick (Caitlin) Durst, Huxley, IA & Lauri (Zach) Douglas, Salina, KS; Great Grandchildren, Landon & Emory, Huxley, IA & Brinley & Blakely, Salina, KS; Nephew, Rick Graham, Fairbury, NE; Brothers, Robert (Lorria) Graham, Clay Center, KS & Steve Graham, Clay Center, KS; Sister-in-Law, Carol Graham, Clay Center, KS; Aunt, Phyllis
Graham, Shawnee, KS; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding her in death, parents, husband Carl, daughter Kimberly, brothers Wendell Graham and Richard Graham, sisters Gertrude Janssen and Martha Hamby.

Services have been postponed to a later date.
