Tammi Lynn Davis

Tammi Lynn Swoboda Davis was born March 10 ^th , 1966, to Tracy and Lois Swoboda at the Lutheran Hospital in Beatrice Nebraska. Tammi went to be with her Lord Savior Jesus Christ April 6th, 2022, at the age of 56 years and 27 days, with her husband and daughters by her side. Tammi grew up and attended school in Beatrice and graduated from the Beatrice high school in 1984.

In the fall of 1988, Tammi met and fell in love with John Davis. Tammi and John were united in marriage on July 21, 1989. This union was blessed with four daughters, Jade Lucille, Jordan Leann, Taylor Lynn and Toni Leigh.

Tammi devoted her life to her children, supporting them in all the adventures and activities they participated in. When Tammi became a grandma, she beamed with pride. She loved and adored Eli, Dean, and Evan. They were her pride and joy. She treasured each and every second she would spend with them. She enjoyed camping with her family and motorcycling with John and friends.

Tammi is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Jade Schmit (Justin), Jordan Davis, Taylor Sides (Skyler) and Toni Davis; grandsons, Elijah Rahe and Evan Reece Sides and Dean Jaxson Schmit; mother, Lois Swoboda; sisters, Teresa Foulk (Rick), Marla Theye (Tim) and brother, Tracy Swoboda (Heidi); aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews.

Tammi is preceded in death by her father, Tracy Barry Swoboba; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Nina Lugenbeel; grandparents, Roy and Lola Swoboda Robert and Ruby Crosby; and nephew Barry Douglas Swoboda.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 11 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Fairbury, NE. Family will greet friends on Sunday from 3-5 pm at Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fairbury Cemetery.
