It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tammy Marie Howey (Oliver). Tammy was born on a very cold winter day, December 26th of 1965 at the Lynch Clinic in Fairbury, Ne. Tammy was 60 years and 7 mos. at the time of her passing on July 17, 2026 at JCHL while sleeping. Her family and friends will forever remember her generosity.

Tammy later met Steve, whom she married on November 4, 2002. For some time, they lived in Colorado Springs while she had her own business, Howey Housekeeping and Maintenance.
