Tracy Lea Niederklein, Fairbury, Nebraska, passed away August 8, 2025. Tracy was born in Fairbury, Nebraska on October 18, 1964 to Phillip and Yvonne Brunow. She grew up in Fairbury and graduated from Fairbury High School in 1983.
She worked in a variety of jobs throughout her lifetime, but especially enjoyed working with children and caring for people.
Tracy loved the outdoors. Whether it was walking by the river, working in her beautiful garden, the mountains of Oregon, sitting on a beach, or playing with dogs, Bella and Lily and grand dogs. Being outside brought her peace and joy.
She loved traveling with her son’s family and taking on the challenge of driving a motorhome across the country with her mom, Yvonne. Tracy loved her grandchildren and the special children she also thought of as her grandchildren. She had a good heart, a great smile, and a feisty sense of humor. Tracy was a fighter and a hero!
Tracy had two children, Jeremy and Brandi. She loved them fiercely and was proud of them and their accomplishments. Tracy always wanted nothing but the best for them.
She is preceded in death by her father, Phillip Brunow, and both sets of grandparents.
Tracy is survived by her son Jeremy & wife Chelsea, daughter Brandi & husband Shane and their son Bexxlea & a new grandson in January, mother Yvonne Brunow, sister Terri Coe & husband Chad, brother Butch Brunow & wife Sandy, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family. Tracy will be missed greatly, but her light will continue to shine over all of her friends and family, as no one was a stranger to Tracy. She knew God had a plan!
