Travis J. Bartek

Travis J. Bartek, 31 of Daykin, NE, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010 at his home in Daykin. He was born August 22, 1978 at Fairbury, NE, to Duane and Nancy Jarchow Bartek. He was a Corporate Trainer for Applebees Restaurants.

He is survived by his parents Duane and Nancy Bartek, a sister Tara Bartek of Lincoln, NE and grandmother Darlyne Jarchow of Fairbury, NE. He was preceded in death by grandparents Adolph and Helen Bartek and grandfather Richard Jarchow.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 17, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Fairbury, NE, with Father John Birkel officiating. Burial will be in the Eureka Cemetery, Daykin, NE. Memorials are to the family's choice. A Rosary will be held Sunday, at 7:00 p.m., at Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury. Family will greet friends following the Rosary.
