Vernon Minge

Vernon F. Minge, age 72 of Odell, NE passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010 in Lincoln, NE.

Survivors include son Todd Minge & wife Linda of Beatrice, NE; daughters Renee Benash and Deb Sasse both of Plymouth, NE; grandchildren Samantha Minge, Tanner Benash, Christian Benash, Andrew Sasse & Ashley Sasse; brother Lawrence Minge & wife Jeanette of Hanover, KS; sister Anna Clanton of Rathdrum, ID; brother-in-law David Klaus of Odell, NE and special friend Monica Ross of Odell, NE. He was preceeded in death by his parents, sister Darlene Klaus, brother-in-law Tommie Clanton and nephew Tommie Gene Clanton.

A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the Vance-Gerdes Funeral Chapel in Odell, NE with family visitation until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at the Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury, NE with Pastor Rodney Fritz officiating. Interment will follow at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Hanover, KS. Memorials to Family's Choice.
