Victoria Lou Meredith Parry, born January 15, 1944, in Fairbury, NE, went home to her Lord and loving husband David Parry, peacefully on July 29, 2026. She was 83 years old.

Vicky continued her family’s tradition and was a great cosmetologist following in her mom’s (Luella Wilson) and Aunt Bonnie (LaVon Napier) footsteps, for most of her life.

She married her husband of 52 years, David Parry on February 14, 1974, and became a military wife, living in Florida and Germany. When they returned stateside, they became “The House Mouse” and “The Lazy Tomcat” as they continued their travels together for Crete Carrier for 25 years.

She is survived by her daughter Jodi Hasse (Beatrice) and son Jeff (Cindy) Wichman of Manhattan, KS. She raised her great-grandchildren Dominik (Sierra) Ramirez-Razo and Deserae Ramirez-Razo all their life. She took such love and pride in all of her 6 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Services will be Monday, August 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Chapel in Fairbury. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. Memorials have been established to the Family’s Choice. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements
