Walter Maughan

January 22, 1921 — June 1, 2008

Walter John Maughan, age 87 of Fairbury, passed away on June 1, 2008 in Fairbury. He was born January 22, 1921 at Denton, Nebraska the son of John and Deana Miller Maughan.

Survivors include his wife Ruth Maughan of Fairbury, daughters Sharon Jungck of Grand Island, Linda Reid and husband Finis of Hubbell, 7 grandchildrean and 21 great-grandchildren.

Services will be on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery.
