Walter Milius

Walter J. Milius age 85 of Fairbury, NE., died September 21, 2007 at Gardenside Long Term Care in Fairbury. He was born March 21, 1922 at Plymouth, NE, the son of Charles and Lena Birkholz Milius.

Survivors are Wife Dorrine Milius of Fairbury, Sons: Robert Milius & Wife Donna Jean of Fairbury, Dr. Gary Milius & Wife LuAnn of Lincoln, Kenneth Milius of Fairbury and special friend Jackie Gregory, 9 Grandchildren: Steven Milius of San Antonio, Texas, Sandra Milius of Clatonia, Melinda Sasse & Husband Ronald of Diller, Greg Milius & Wife Katie of San Clemente, Ca., Thomas Milius & Wife Kimberly of Omaha, Meghan Scdoris & Husband John of Omaha, Daniel Milius of Lincoln, Heather Milius of Kearney, Eric Milius of Fairbury, Great Grandchildren: Justin Sasse, Chelsea Sasse, Nolan Milius, Lilian Milius, Liah Scdoris and Elijah Scdoris, brothers Ervin Milius and wife Wanda of Plymouth, NE., Leonard Milius and wife Bernice of Oklahoma City, OK., Vernon Milius and wife Marion of Omaha.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday September 25, 2007 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Fairbury, with Father Kenneth Hoesing officiating. Burial at the Fairbury Cemetery - Fairbury, NE. Vigil Service will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday September 24 at the Gerdes-Meyer Chapel in Fairbury. Family will also greet friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
