Wayne A. Colgrove

Wayne Allen Colgrove, 86 of Odell, Nebraska died at his home August 26, 2014. He was born to Dell and Celia (Whitten) Colgrove May 1, 1928 in Gage County, Nebraska.

He is survived by son Allen and wife Sandy Colgrove of Odell, NE., and daughters Joyce and husband Joe Tackett of Tabor, IA., Karen Eggert of Houston, TX., and Eileen and husband Dennis Kostal of Odell, NE., 12 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Wymore, NE., with Pastor Clayton Lundstedt officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the Vance-Gerdes Funeral Home in Odell, with the family greeting friends from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Memorials will go to the Odell Fire Department and the Church.

Burial will be in the Odell Cemetery.
Vance-Gerdes Funeral Home in Odell is in charge of the arrangements.
