Wayne F. Gaston

Wayne F. Gaston age 84 of Fairbury, Nebraska passed away on July 29, 2011. He was born August 6, 1926 near Alexandria, Nebraska the son of Roy and Hilda Eden Gaston.

Survivors include his wife Idonna Gaston of Fairbury, son Larry Gaston and wife Joy of Fairbury, daughters Joyce Herz and husband Don of Lincoln, Joleen Klasek and husband Jim of Swanton, grandchildren Jeff Herz, Jason Herz, Jennifer Wehman and husband Rob, Jessica Herz, Amy Badman and husband Chris, Kimberly Gronemeyer and husband Jesse, Jacob Klasek and wife Melissa, Chance Klasek and wife Mary, Kari Stallbaumer and friend Ron, Michelle Paquette and husband Jerry, Nicole Grummert and husband Darin, great-grandchildren Braxton Badman, Tayden Gronemeyer, Macey Gronemeyer, Brinley Gronemeyer, Chase Stallbaumer, Colten Stallbaumer, Andrew Paquette, Preston Paquette, Kiera Paquette, Paige Eden, Jessa Eden, Adyson Grummert and his cat Sammy. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Harley Gaston, sisters Floy Garber, Roberta Garber and Blanche Frades.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fairbury with Pastor Warren Schoming officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home
