William E. Howell

William E. "Bill" Howell, age 40 of Fairbury, NE., passed away April 30, 2009 at home unexpectedly after receiving the gift of a kidney & pancreas transplant last June 2008. He was born September 3, 1968 at Fairbury, NE. to Robert & Shirley (Junker) Howell.

He previously worked as a scan coordinator & customer service clerk at Ray's Apple Market, and has also worked for many years as a bartender & bookkeeper in Fairbury. He gained his Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Community College, was a graduate of Fairbury High School, & a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fairbury.

Survivors are his parents, Robert and Shirley Howell of Fairbury, sister Alana Harness of Fairbury, brother John Howell and wife Teresa of Fairbury, nephew Robert Harness of Omaha, nieces Lindsey, Lauren, & Leslie Howell of Fairbury, & numerous other relatives.

Memorial Services will be Tuesday May 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church 2310 H street Fairbury, with Don Canady officiating. The family will be having a private committal. Memorials to the Family's Choice.
